[lwip-devel] Preparing 2.2.0

Hi all,

I know it's been kind of silent around lwIP for some time. Nevertheless,
I would like to release 2.2.0 in the next weeks. This release should not
include too many fixes since 2.1.3, but should mainly get us a clean
release on the master branch again (contrib is now in the main repo,
some autoip/acd changes).

Being like that, I basically plan to change all bugs & patches currently
targeted at 2.2.0 to target 2.3.0. And I'd like you to report any
low-hanging fruits that should still go into 2.2.0, so we can decide
what we want to include.
