This PR introduces support for the Manufacturer Usage Description (MUD, RFC
8520) by integrating the option for DHCPv4 and DHCPv6. When activating the
feature, a MUD URL options will be integrated into DHCP requests and DHCPv6
Info Requests, respectively.

As it is recommended that only one MUD URL is used per device, I used the same
macro definition for inserting the URL into the respective functions for both
DCHP and DHCPv6.

I was not entirely sure how to contribute a test case for the two options, if
you have any suggestions in this regard, let me know!
