[lwip-users] [lwip] memset and memcpy

Hi
current CVS  now uses memset and memcpy instead of bcopy and bzero.
Arch subdirs were not changed so people using various ports can
change their sys_libs and headers and report back if they work or they
want back the BSD specific functions.
But since nobody objected when I asked this a couple of weeks ago I suppose
there should be no problems.
