I have not tried it wery much myself, but the shell application has some
commands for opening different connections and sending/receiving data to them.
Connect the lwipstack to your 'native' stack with tapif. Then run telnet to
your tapif IPnumber and initiate a connection to your loopif on port 7 from
there.
You probably have to increase the number of netconn:s in the lwipopts.h for it
to work though.
