I have packets continuously delayed at 6 seconds when ARP queuing is
enabled.

My main net source is available here:

Files of specific interest would be the "net" and "bbaif" modules.

With ARP queueing off, it works properly... though, obviously the queueing
code would be nice. I've taken a quick look at it, and it appears to use
increase the total PBUFs load?
