I think thats entirely dependent on the person who is configuring tcp . =
Its sorta tuning lwip for your own specific purposes with memory and =
speed tradeoffs .One can increase these value to get more speed and =
beter performance at the cost of memory or vice versa.

  The window size(pcb->rcv_wnd) is assigned the value of window size of =

  Why the segment size is 64 bytes.
  Why the pcb_snd_buf is 128 bytes

  Pls do clarify these doubts
