availability of his documentation.

He sent me his stuff by email a while ago. I think he was OK with adding
this
to the lwIP development tree, but I'll check that (Lars, are you still
here?).

OK, I'll integrate Lars' documentation first, expect that next week.

If you are willing to improve on it, or just proofread, you can send me the
improved function JavaDoc comments by email.
