[lwip-users] [lwip] arp timer

Hi
i have one question regarding the arp timer
arp_timer is set in ethernetif_init ,which is called from application thread
.Does it means arp timeout handler will be called when application blocks on
some queue or semaphore? or do i totally sounds stupid :)?
