Ahh, I think I see where the misunderstanding is. The ACK code was
changed in 0.5.1, and TF_ACK_NEXT replaced with TF_ACK_NOW and
TF_ACK_DELAY - you might like to upgrade. However, the TF_ACK_NEXT
flag is changed in the same place as its replacements (ie. tcp.h, using
the macros tcp_ack and tcp_ack_now)
There was a thread about tcp_ack and tcp_ack_now that should explain the
reasons for the change:
