Thanks a lot!!!
Now xfer stops rarely. But I have another problem. As I mentioned I'm 
using BSD socket layer of lwip to receive a file. It happens that I 
receive less bytes than sended and the difference is always multiple of 
TCP_MSS which is equal to 1440 in my case. I sniffed the whole xfer using 
ethereal and according to it all ran well. Nothing was lost and when FIN 
came lwip ACK-ed it with no complaining. So I think that there is some 
issue in BSD sockets layer. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in adnavce!
