[lwip-users] New example program in contrib

Hi All,

There have been numerous questions on this list about using sockets and
supporting multipe sessions.

I have contributed an example program which supports this. Please find
chargen.c in a new dirrectory off contrib: contrib/apps/chargen. Look at
the README to see how to use it. This application is OS and HW
independent and only depends upon lwip. Of course it uses sockets and
threads, so I am not sure if it will work for those who use lwip without
an OS.

I have also been using this for testing lwip. It moves a lot of data and
I have found it to be a pretty good test of tcp.
