Hi Ed,

We've written an SNMPv1 agent, but it has too many
depedencies on our application.

Net-SNMP is quite bloated (needs POSIX size api),
and is not a good match for lwip and small microcontrollers.

I'm thinking of building a scalable V3 agent for lwip
using the callback API. This is very early idea,
and depends on if our company wants to move to V3.

Maybe I can make a start in contrib, and discus this
issue with Leon.
