I finally was able to get the next release of XMK out that contains the
integration of lwIP v0.7.1.  Go to http://sourceforge.net/projects/xmk/

Hello John,

good news. Never heard of XMK, but it sounds like an interesting
project.

Will the port be publicly available? And if so, would it be included in
the XMK tree or in the lwIP "contrib" module?

I would like to announce this port on the Savannah news page once you
decide to release it.
