I use thttpd, which required only minimal effort to work with my heavily
hacked lwip: a normal build should be easier.  I did a bit of work to
make lwip slot in nicely when used with LD_PRELOAD so I didn't have to
recompile servers specifically for lwip, but should be able to do that
too.
