Christiaan,

Talking to Marco it transpires that the LWIP he has was not from us.

>Can altera have a look at this as well?

We are contemplating upgrading the version of LWIP we ship with our Nios
II kits to LWIP 1.0, but not immediately. When we do this I will try
fold any changes to the generic code back into the main code. When we
upgraded to 0.7.2 I told Leon of the changes I needed to make, I will
certainly do the same again.

Paul

I'm unsure what the driver return values should currently be. Your local
files besides eth.c might need some fixes as well. I'll investigate this
a little more, since I also have to update from 0_7_1 or something.

Can altera have a look at this as well?

There are lwip files, and contribution (contrib) files.
The contrib ones come from your supplier and make up
the target specific "driver". The core lwip funtions in
the lwip directory are (should be) platform independant.
