Sadly documentation for lwIP is bit thin on the ground, which is
something that I'd like to see changed, but I'm not holding my breath
for volunteers to step forward.  As such, there isn't a manual.  What
documentation there is either on the savannah lwIP web pages, or Adam
Dunkel's original lwIP web pages (which is linked from savannah).  There
is also the archive of the mailing lists, and the existing ports to use
as examples.
