Sorry for the delay in responding.  We had some crazy snowstorm up here in the mountains, and were out of power for a few days.

I have a telnet server is running on the target.

I attached the capture file again.  Must have forgot last time.

Given sys_mbox_fetch is spinning, I would initially suspect your port's
sys_arch_timeouts() call. It should return a list of timeouts only for
the
current thread.
