[lwip-users] lwIP able to implement web server + outbound connections for logging + DHCP?

Dear group,

I am thinking about to use lwIP ( possibly in combination with 
openRTOS ) in an application which needs to:

get IP settings via DHCP
serve a simple web page
log to a remote site ( outbound connection)
Name resolution
optionally NTP would be cool

is it possible to do all that with lwIP?
It would be OK if the web server would be blocked while the app sends the log.
