in mem.c line 414:MEM_STATS_DEC_USED(used, (size - newsize));
the decrease shoud be done for the first two cases,but not for the third
one.
so MEM_STATS_DEC_USED(used, (size - newsize)); shoud be pleased at line 441
and 462
