accomplish, with what, what API are you using, and what lies under.

port: has it been validated ? (works OK with known good apps)

Application
Regarding "newbie": Do you actually have some TCP/IP knowledge and need
help with lwIP or you are a complete newbie ? You should have some
networking knowledge to develop networking apps. Do you ?
Regarding your capture files:
who is who ?
TCP retransmissions can be caused by lost frames or timer issues (among
other stuff). Check your port.
