[lwip-users] increase in response time for some packets on lwip 2.0.3

After updating my lwip stack from 1.4.1 to 2.0.3 i can see increase in
response time on some packets
I am using lwip with RTOS and socket api from a Modbus library 

Everthing was working fine uptil i have not updated it but now it has
increased the response time from 20ms to 100 MS on some Modbus packets
