[lwip-users] Receiving UDP packet of larger size

Hello,

I need to receive a UDP packet buffer of around 4KB on the lwIP UDP socket 
recvfrom() API.
I see that it takes a lot of time to receive this packet, and sometimes this 
packet is even dropped.
Pls provide the lwIP stack settings and configurations that I need to recompile 
the lwIP stack with so that I am able to receive larger packets of 4KB.
