[lwip-users] building 2.0.2 unit tests

  Sorry, I'm new to 'cmake', but I am interested in a recipe to build the unit 
tests provided with LwIP.

  I'm specifically interested in instructions for building these tests for the 
stable 2.0.2 release:

  https://git.savannah.gnu.org/git/lwip.git/ 

  git checkout STABLE-2_0_2_RELEASE

  I mention the specific version because it appears that the repository 
structure has changed since 2.0.2.
