[Maposmatic-dev] Tonight integration

Hello,

Tonight, a few things have been integrated :

 * Pagination support for the /jobs/ and /maps/ page, thanks to Maxime.

 * Slippy map for the bounding box selection, thanks to Étienne. BTW,
   David, could you moderate Étienne's e-mail on the -dev list ?

 * Fix of a few things reported by our beta-test users

   * Minor typo issues in the text or the translation

   * Better highlighting of form submission errors (there are now in
     red, and an internal anchor points the browser directly to the
     form)

   * Link « Refresh status » on the job page

 * A few other things

   * A yellow box on the right with our contact address

   * Centering of the random map
