Details:

It appears that sometimes jobs have the same position in the queue file.

On the main site at 2009-09-10 10:50:30 while a main city was processing
(Lyon), the job Aubière (city Aubière) 2009-09-10 10:47:39 and the job
Paimpont (48.0274, -2.1963, -2.1448, 48.0073)
2009-09-10 10:47:30 has got the position 2 in the queue file.
