Details:

On the generated map, we should print the date at which the map was
generated, and mention that the map might not be complete, and if it isn't,
that contributing on OpenStreetMap.org is possible.

Something like: « This map was generated on November, 17th 2009. It might
not be accurate. If it isn't, contribute on http://wiki.openstreetmap.org ».
