Use "bugs" for, well, bugs and "tasks" for things to do, to improve,
to do at a later time, ...
You can create bugs as Anonymous but you need a Savannah account and
be subscribed to the project to create new tasks.

Always put one task/bug per entry in in task/bug tracker.
