Hi Jesus

We at HIA have unfortunately been slowed down by too much work
lately. The biggest hour hoggers have been negotiations with the EU
Commission about the EIAO project, that we will be leading, and the
upcoming Gnome Users and Developers European Conference conference
(www.guadec.org).

Janis is the one of us who have focused on the MOLOS project.

Hopefully, our situation will improve, but realistically not until
after June, and then you have summer holidays. So to be realistic, we
at HIA will be able to participate more actively until the autumn
semester starts.

Therefore, I think the best solution for us is to make a long term
plan where we plan to write the Erasmus Mundus application for next
year, and try to distribute the workload over the coming year.

That strategy might also give us time to apply for national funding
for writing the application, which could buy some of our people more
time for focusing on MOLOS. (We have a local competence fund that we
for instance could try to use.)

Mvh.
Nils
