Hi,
I am a lecturer & Phd student at the University of Göteborg on the west 
coast of Sweden. I have a background in law and my research & teaching 
is in the fields of legal informatics, cyberlaw, computer ethics and 
access to technology. The courses I teach are "e-commerce", "computer 
ethics", "free software/open source: philosophy and theory" and "free 
software/open source: political economy". Between August 2003-August 
2005 I am a Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics and 
Political Science.

As you understand your idea of the free software master is of great 
interest to me.
