That sounds like a great idea! I'd be happy to join. See what other people say 
about the dates. 

I'm available most days at the moment.

I organize a guix packaging meetup once a month on the last Saturday of the 
month [1]. 

From asking people it seems many prefer the weekend since that is usually the 
time they are off from work.

It probably differs from person to person.
