Dear Tony,

This looks great!  Again, thanks for your work, and of course thanks to 
everybody else who made pkg.mxe.cc possible.  This is a huge step in the right 
direction.

I'd propose to add these notes also to our documentation, i.e. our website, at 
the tutorial in "Step 3b: Install MXE from the binary distribution".
