If you are downloading a lot, you're upload is always high! So, you should 
also limit your download speed!

Hi,

is there any possibility to limit the upload speed. 
the option in the core doesnt work. because the upload 
reach my line limit, i cant do anything else. it is 
realy a bad problem.

by the way. the mldonkey is realy great. fast and 
stable. all i missed at the original. thx.
