Hi,

search with sysctl -a for kern.maxfiles or something like this.
then you must edit your sysctl.conf

at freeBSD it looks like :

kern.maxfiles=3192

on netBSD it schould be something similar

standard is 1024 I think, with 3192 I don't get these error message
either.
