[Mldonkey-bugs] Update 4 forc_download problem

I think the problem was, that mldonkey still works (rehashes ?) on
the old deleted file, and so i could not start to download it
again !!

Maybe there should be a check to stop working on a file, which was
already canceled/deleted !
