Same Problem here. As soon as I start mldonkey, I can 
(nearly) not surf any more. mldonkey sucks full upstream 
bandwith.

And the very badest thing about it is, that mldonkey runs 
really really quick and stable, but with that bug I can not 
use it here.

If you are downloading a lot, you're upload is always high! So, you should 
also limit your download speed!
