Summary:  email flood by mldonkey because of uncommitted downloads

Original Submission:  mldonkey seems to send a file for every downloaded 
uncommitted file every 4 minutes.

over night its no problem to get 300+ mails.
if this isnt a bug but a feature create some option where i can lower this rate 
of every 4 minutes.
