I had the same problem after trying some stuffs ...  ;-)

allowed_ips = [
  "127.0.0.1";
  "192.168.0.12"]


is ok for me.

hello,

i have a little problem :-) with the "allowed_ips" 
it is possible that i can choise only one ip there ?

i have try to set there 3 ip´s to manage my
mldonkey-2.00.shared.i386-Linux.tar.bz2 from
3 destinations (first localhost, second a computer in 
network, and last a maschine outside)

set allowed_ips 127.0.0.1 192.168.1.101 213.xxx.xxx.xxx

after this i have only one ip set there.
127.0.0.1 works fine

when i change to 192.168.1.101
it works fine to but 127.0.0.1 not work
