Summary:  duplicate source entries in fie_sources

Original Submission:  My file_sources.ini grew to 120M within days and mldonkey 
 used ~600M memory effectively paging my system to death (particularly when 
saving options).

I found that f_s.ini containd huge amounts of duplicates similar to the 
following entrie that got generated (mod X/Y) after I deleted f_s.ini:

I also saw this w/ 10000 groups of 3 hashes in the old file.
