By default, mldonkey tries to download rare chunks first (ie
the ones with only one source), before the linear or random
order.

I've seen two possible chunk selection for downloading
(in edonkey2000 plugin):

a) From the begining  (better for previewing)
b) Random             (better for spreading)

I thought there could be a better algorithm to let
the user choose it. It would allow better spreading
and more throughtput:

c) Download the available chunck whose availability
   is lower (the ones that are harder to find).

I think this would statiscally improve the downloading
of the files, and improve the spreading of them.
