This problem is related to the LOCALE stuff. I hope it has been solved in

Summary:  mldonkey_gui can't connect

Original Submission:  Since 3 weeks i think, the gui of the cvs can't connect 
to the gui with following msg:

Using protocol 11 for communications
Exception Failure("float_of_string") in decode/exec

Maybe some option i have to change, but which one ? :)
