Summary: max_upload_slots cannot be lower than 10
Original Submission: The value of max_hard_upload_slots cannot be set to
anything < 10.
I have a dsl line with 128kbps upstream, and with 10 download slots I do not
get a single byte of downstream. When I edit donkey/donkeyOptions.ml to allow
any value, and set it to 2 or 3, suddenly I get download rates > 0.1. I believe
3 may be a reasonable value, because you may have 2 uploaders that cannot for
some reason download with your maximum line speed, but having 3 of them at once
should be very rare.
