Summary:  No server connections attempted

Original Submission:  With both the last pre-2.00 CVS version and the 2.00 
release version, mldonkey seems to be making no attempts to connect to a 
server.  If I (using the GUI) tell it to connect to a server it will do so, but 
drops the connection after a short time and does not try to reconnect at all.
