Summary:  Request: Option to Disable Shareing of Partial Downloads

Original Submission:  I have just been hit with my third DCMA warning, this 
time for a file on edonkey. I simply cannot share questionable files anymore, 
meaning I cannot share my partials, though I share everything I can. It would 
make me much happier, and probably others out there, if you provided an option 
to disable sharing of partial downloads, in networks that allow it, unkosher 
though it may be.
