Summary: Cancelling a file does not stop the downloadings of chunks

Original Submission: I am downloading a file at the maximum rate of my DSL
line (64 kb/s). Then, I cancel it. I would expect that the client stops
downloading any data about this file but it doesn't. The download rate stays
at 64kb/s, probably until the chunk has been fully downloaded.

Moreover, just after the cancelation, the temp file is removed (normal
behaviour). But it gets recreated later. I suppose this is connected to the
previous problem. If the client still downloads data about a canceled file, I
suppose it tries to write them somewhere, recreating the temp file somehow.
