[Mldonkey-bugs] autocommitted files recreated in temp dir

Hi!

I just recognized that files which were automatically committed are recreated 
a bit later in the temp dir. Of course they are already gone in the download 
list so they stay there with size zero.
Don't know if this behavior also appears if auto commit is turned of.
I found that because my start script cleans up temp dir before starting mlnet 
by moving files not residing in files.ini to incoming dir...
