Summary:  Temporary torrent files "problem"

Original Submission:  If a bittorrent download completed, the related torrent 
file copied from folder 'downloads' to 'seeded'. I think it's better if it 
moved there, don't need that on both place.

If I delete a bittorrent download the related torrent file don't deleted from 
'downloads' folder.
