Release: 2-5-28
Release: 2.5.28
Platform Version: Linux
Binaries Origin: Debian package
CPU type: Intel x86
Summary: error with download speed
Original Submission: Hi.
I have an ADSL line, with approximately 256 kbps downstream, 128 kbps upstream.
I therefore set my upload and download rates to 30 (download) and 12 (upload).
I set it through the web interface.
I was strangely having a constant download rate of 12 k/s.
I tried setting my upload rate to 30 k/s and suddenly my download speed is
maxed out (26 k/s or so)...
I ask myself.. is the GUI or the daemon confounding these two values?
Thank you
