Summary: upstats command show percent values above 100%

Original Submission: The HTML-Interface calls the "Uploaded"-column Upload
Ratio, maybe it is simply wrong to draw percent-signs behind the numbers...

Changed it to feature request but donĀ“t expect this to be coded soon as
uploaded data has to be saved in ini files so data is available when core is
restarted.

On the other hand, wouldn't it be more intuitive to calculate the proportion of
the uploaded data?

Like this:
> upstats
Upload statistics:
Total: 200.0M uploaded
Requests | Bytes | Uploaded | File
----------+----------+----------+----------------
4163 | 46.4M | 23.2% | file01
1974 | 122.8M | 61.4% | file02
1637 | 0 | 0.0% | file03
1572 | 30.8M | 15.4% | file04

Right now the percent number has no big use because if I always uploaded the
first chunk of a shared file I cannot really say that I uploaded 100 percent of
the file...

OK, I did not understand the meaning of the numbers. So I think this bug
submission can be closed because it describes no bug.

Sorry for the inconvienience.

I consider this display ok, 106.7% of the file have been uploaded which means
more data that the file's size have been transferred.
