Details:

To reproduce:

1) edit downloads.ini and set html_mods_vd_gfx=true
2) launch mlnet.exe
3) open the web interface (http://localhost:4080)
4) verify html_mods_vd_gfx is set to true (Options->All)
5) click on Statistics
6) check again if html_mods_vd_gfx is set to true (Options->All). And here it
is set to false.
