Details:

Let's say i've added 10 filetp downloads from same server.
Let's say first of them is bad (returning 404 for example)
Here is the problem:
1. Mldonkey will try this bad download again and again untill it's downloaded
and rest will wait.
2. It will never get it downloaded couse it's 404 so it will never start
others.
3. Even if broken download will get fixed, it won't start to download it, so
actully it's know even tries it "again and again"
